Q. Is the meat at Fresh Choice Farms actually fresh? Does it look packaged to me?
A. Fresh Choice Farms has the freshest and most hygienic meat in all of Lucknow. Our fresh fish is living and happily swimming in large tanks up until the point that we receive your order. After the fish is cleaned it is then packaged in vacuum-sealed packages and refrigerated to help maintain the optimal freshness for you.
Q. How do I keep my fish or meat fresh?
A. We recommend that if you plan to use your fish or meat within 2-3 days then just keep the vacuum-sealed package in your refrigerator unopened. If you plan to store the package for later use then put it in the freezer.
Q.What are the benefits of vacuum-sealed meat?

Q. Do you really Guarantee that your product is fresh?
A. We are so confident that you will love our product that we guarantee its freshness. If for some reason you are not satisfied upon receiving our product just give us a call or email and we will either replace it for you or return the money to you. So that the product does not spoil all returns need to be received within 6 hours of you receiving the product. Stop into our shop to see our process and the freshness for yourself.
Q. Do you have live chickens at your shop in Gomti Nagar?
A. Every day we get whole halal chickens from a local supplier. We then rigorously clean the chicken to our standards and cut off all the unwanted pieces so that you only receive what we ourselves would eat. We then either vacuum seal it and/or refrigerate it for when you order it.
Q. Is my bank and credit card information safe with you?
A. All online payments are processed through Razor Pay which is very secure. We do not process or store any of your card information on our website.
Q. If I need to return a product what are the conditions?
A. If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product for any reason call or text us within 6 hours of receiving the product and we will either replace it or return the money to you. All monetary returns will take 7-10 days to have the money back in your account.
We cannot return any products that are not returned in full or that are already cooked.

Q. What is gross and net weight?
A. Gross Weight – The whole weight of the fish or meat before being cleaned and prepared. This includes the head and all innards.
Net Weight – This is the weight of the fish or meat after it is cleaned. This is the final product weight that you receive from us.
