This is one of the most loved varieties of cheese in the world. Cheddar cheese has a smooth, creamy flavor. As cheddar cheese ages it gets a sharper taste. This cheese goes with many different dishes, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, etc. Here at FCF we love to cut it into thin slices and eat it with crackers as a snack!
