Purpose of This Policy

At Fresh Choice Farms, we are committed to delivering the freshest, cleanest, and most hygienic meat and fish in Lucknow. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us, whether you shop in person at our store or order through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all Fresh Choice Farms customers, regardless of how the order was placed.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products with a 100% freshness guarantee. Because of the highly perishable nature of meat and seafood, we have a strict but fair process for returns and refunds:

  • If there is any issue with your purchase, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving the product (whether picked up from our store or delivered to you).
  • Customers may choose either a replacement product or a refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (for digital/online payments) and may take 7–10 business days. For cash purchases, refunds will be issued in cash or store credit, at our discretion.

Return Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 3 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered or purchased. If the package was opened, it must be returned in the original opened package.
  • Products that have been cooked, partially consumed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customers are responsible for properly refrigerating or freezing products after purchase to maintain freshness.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned product is received and verified.
  • If a product is unavailable or cancelled due to quality concerns on our side, you will be informed and refunded.
  • Fresh Choice Farms is not liable for damage to products after they leave our shop or after delivery has been completed.

Abuse of Policy

Our priority is to ensure every customer enjoys the highest-quality meat and fish. However, to protect against misuse of our guarantee:

  • Fresh Choice Farms reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or future service if we believe the Return & Refund Policy is being abused.
  • Abuse includes (but is not limited to): repeated or excessive refund requests, unreasonable claims without evidence, attempts to misuse status, intimidation of staff, or harassment.
  • We reserve the right to limit, amend, or withdraw the 100% guarantee and/or refuse service in cases of abuse.

Guarantee of Freshness

We guarantee the freshness of all our products, whether purchased online or in-store. While this guarantee is genuine, it is subject to the terms above and does not apply where it is being manipulated or exploited unfairly.
