Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping on the FCF Platform. We appreciate the fact that you like quality fish and meat as much as we do. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. We guarantee that you will love our products so much so that we give you the freedom to return our products if you are not 100% satisfied. Below are our conditions.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on the FCF Platform. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase on the FCF Platform, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the FCF Platform Privacy Policy.
Due to the freshness of our product we cannot return products after you (the customer) has had it for a long time. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, call or text us within 6 hours of receiving the product and we will either replace it or return the money to you. All monetary returns will take 7-10 days to have the money back in your account.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
- Call, text or email us within 6 hours of receiving the product.
- The product needs to be returned as it was delivered. If the package was cut open it needs to be returned in the cut package.
- The food cannot be cooked or altered in any form.
Refunds
We at freshchoicefarms.in, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, quality checked and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the the product will not get contaminated during transit. Please note that freshchoicefarms.in is not liable for damages that are caused to the items after you receive it. All of our products should be inspected thoroughly upon receiving and then placed in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take up to 7-10 days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Shipping
Upon receiving your return/refund request, the FCF Platform will send a local delivery person to pick up your order within 2-24 hours. The delivery agent will contact you to arrange for the return.
